Use this form only to transfer your domain name from another registrar to us.

(If you are trying to transfer a domain name registered with us to a hosting company, this is not the right place. For that all you need to do is changing your name servers by logging into the Manage Your Domain Area of the site)

During the transfer of your domain from another registrar to us your web sites will continue to function without any problem. There will be no downtime for your web site.

Before submitting your transfer request use our WHOIS search and make sure:

• The current admin contact email address is valid and you can receive emails with it. This is the number one failure reason for transfer requests. Approval request emails can be sent only to that address.
  
  
• Domain name did not pass its expiration date. Submit your request at least couple of weeks in advance. Transfers can take about a week to be completed.
  
  
• Domain name has been registered or renewed more than 60 days ago. By ICANN rules a domain name cannot be transferred from one registrar to another within 60 days of its registration. Also if you transfer a recently renewed domain, the renewal year will be deleted by your previous registrar.
  
  
• Domain name is NOT on hold by the current registrar.

If the domain you want to transfer does NOT meet one or more of the above conditions, do NOT place a transfer request.
